Return Policy
RETURNS:
- Eligibility Criteria: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all Gold Rush NYC tags intact in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Refund Policy: For a REFUND, returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Merchandise: Please ensure the merchandise is unworn, in original packaging, and has all original tags intact for it to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Sale Items: Please note that all items purchased on sale at 25% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale: All undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Processing and Fees:
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7 business days upon arrival at our facility. Please note that during our busy season (Mid-August through Mid-September & Black Friday through end of December), there may be a delay in return processing.
- Notification: Upon processing your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the issuance of your refund or merchandise credit.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with both initial orders and returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping services at this time.
- To initiate a return, please simply mail your package back to the address provided on the packing slip you have received. We do not provide return shipping labels.
EXCHANGES:
- Exchange Services Unavailable: Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer exchange services.
- Return Only Policy: We encourage customers to initiate returns following our outlined return policy for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please proceed with a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Missing Items/Damaged Product Policy:
- Reporting Damages: Any product that arrives damaged must be reported to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe might result in the return not being approved.
- Reporting Missing Items: If you find that an item is missing from your order upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Missing items must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of order delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to rectify the issue.
International Return Policy
- Return Shipping Label: Gold Rush NYC does not provide return shipping labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe and traceable return of the item. This helps prevent any potential issues during transit.
- Responsibility for Loss or Damage: The customer is responsible for any loss, damage, or additional fees that may occur during the return shipment. We recommend securing appropriate insurance or choosing a shipping method that provides coverage for the value of the returned item.
- Return Authorization: Before shipping the item back, please ensure that you have received proper authorization for the return from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
- Processing Time: Once the return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to inspect and process the return. We will then proceed with the appropriate resolution in line with our return policy.
